The critically acclaimed Occidental Children's Theater will celebrate its 22nd year with Dracula and the Beanstalk, plus three adventurous adaptations of traditional folktales, for a seven-week outdoor run in the Remsen Bird Hillside Theater on the Occidental campus.
The critically acclaimed Occidental Children's Theater will celebrate its 22nd year with Dracula and the Beanstalk, plus three adventurous adaptations of traditional folktales, for a seven-week outdoor run in the Remsen Bird Hillside Theater on the Occidental campus.
In about an hour, the cast of six will perform four energetic and funny stories without props, sets or special costumes, relying only on their acting and acrobatic skills. Conceived by Jamie Angell and directed by Tristan Waldron, the cast of alumni and current students consists of Doyin Domingo ’17, Greg Feiner ’18, Dyoni Isom ’19, Jonathan Padron ’14, Billy Schmidt ’17 and Amanda Wagner ’16.
Performances are Thursday, Friday and Saturday July 6 through August 19 at 10 a.m. at Hillside Theater.
