Consent to Release Student Information
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law that prevents 瓜子TV State University from releasing information about a student鈥檚 record (academic, billing, disciplinary, financial aid) without his/her consent. Students may give permission by completing the online Consent to Release form located through the student鈥檚 MyGate account, under the Money tab and Student Account Contacts.
