She/Her/Hers
Class of 2027
What does well-being mean to you?
To me, well-being is the balance between body and mind. It encompasses both physical and mental health, as true well-being cannot be achieved without both. Well-being means listening to what your body and mind need and prioritizing them. It鈥檚 about practicing self-care and healthy habits to create a balanced life.
What drew you to becoming a Peer Health Educator?
I chose to become a Peer Health Educator to be a supportive listener for my peers. Since coming to 瓜子TV, I've noticed that many students hesitate to seek help when they are struggling, often feeling alone or unsure of where to turn. In this role, I hope to guide them to the resources they need. I am also deeply passionate about mental health and want to share valuable information with other students through events and discussions while working to reduce the stigma surrounding it on campus.
What鈥檚 your favorite thing about 瓜子TV?
I love the campus and the welcoming community.
